That’s where I come in. At Apartment Rehab NYC, I handle the design, the sourcing, the vendors, and the details, so you get a home you love without giving up your evenings and weekends to make it happen.

No matter the size of your project, you get a clear set of deliverables that take your space from idea to finished design. Nothing is left to guesswork.

Mood boards

Curated visual concepts that establish the overall aesthetic, color palette, materials, and direction for your space, so you can see and feel the vision before we commit to it.

Up to four weeks of revisions per design phase, beginning when each design is presented and never exceeding eight weeks total, so the final result feels genuinely tailored to you.

Project Management Services

Behind-the-scenes work I handle for you...

The design is only half of it. The other half is managing all the moving parts, and that is exactly what frees you up to stay focused on your life.

Vendor selection & coordination

I collaborate with trusted vendors, contractors, and service providers, keeping everyone aligned with the design vision and the timeline.

Purchase orders

I manage all product purchasing and order documentation so everything stays accurate throughout the process.

Delivery tracking

I monitor shipments and delivery timelines, and keep you posted on updates and scheduling before you have to ask.

Issue resolution

If something arrives damaged, gets discontinued, is delayed, or becomes unavailable, I coordinate the replacements and alternatives so it never becomes your problem.

Client & vendor communication

I stay in regular contact with you, your vendors, and your contractors by email and phone to keep the project moving smoothly.

Installation day management

On delivery and install days, I am on-site to oversee placement, troubleshoot any issues, and make sure the final design comes together exactly as intended.

The process, start to finish

Hiring an interior designer for the first time can feel like a leap, so here is exactly what working together looks like, step by step, with no surprises along the way.

Phase one: Conceptual design

This phase is all about getting aligned on the look and the layout before we ever talk about specific products.

  1. Onboarding. We sign your contract and collect the first design payment, and your project officially begins.
  2. Gathering information. I visit your space to take measurements and photos. From there, it usually takes about a week to complete your initial concept renderings.
  3. Building your vendor list. While I work on renderings, I line up any additional pros your project needs, like painters or professional organizers.
  4. Conceptual design. We meet over Zoom and I walk you through 3D renderings of each space so we can confirm the direction together.
  5. Revisions. That presentation kicks off a four-week revision window. Once you approve the concept renderings, we move into the detailed design phase.

Phase two: Nailing down the details

Now we fine-tune every product selection before a single order is placed.

  1. Second payment & dashboard access. We collect the second design payment, and your custom Client Dashboard link lands in your inbox.
  2. Product sourcing. Each room gets its own selection board with mood boards, renderings, products, and estimated vendor quotes, all in one place.
  3. Revisions. For four weeks, you can log in anytime, day or night, to leave notes on materials and images. It keeps revisions fast, clear, and on your schedule.
  4. Purchase orders. Once everything is approved, we collect payment for products and begin placing orders.
  5. Delivery timeline. You can track estimated arrival windows right on your dashboard calendar while we monitor everything behind the scenes.

Phase three: Execution

This is where the plan becomes your finished home, and where I do the heavy lifting so you do not have to.

  • Project management. I oversee and coordinate every step, keeping everyone in the loop so you can stay focused on your busy life.
  • Shipping house. Deliveries are inspected for damage and stored at a dedicated shipping house, then delivered to your home white-glove. This is a separate vendor service I will quote for you.
  • Problem solving. If something arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, I handle the replacements and alternatives so it never lands on your plate.

Your custom client dashboard

Instead of dealing with long email chains, and losing track of decisions, every project comes with a private dashboard built around you.

  • 24/7 access. Review your design anytime, from anywhere, on your own schedule.
  • Easy collaboration. Approve or decline items and leave notes right on each selection, so feedback is quick and nothing gets lost.
  • A built-in budget tracker. Approved items feed a running budget thermometer, so you always know exactly where things stand.

When you hire me, you're in good hands

There can be a lot of costly mistakes in trying to design a home on your own. I’m here to make sure your project stays on budget and on schedule, so you can stay focused on everything else in your life.

Once your scope of work is signed, I will send over your contract and next steps, and we will get started.

Welcome to your new home.
